TopLine Strategies, a leading application integrator in the southwest for CRM and revenue-related technology, is looking for a senior tech recruiter to join our successful and energetic team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have tech recruiting experience in the Arizona labor market, experience interfacing directly with clients, the motivation to work in a fast-paced environment balancing recruiting priorities, and the ability coordinate a team of resources to address client needs.

This position is a full-time opportunity.

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Essential Functions:

  • Identifying and validating client job order requirements including essential technical skills and cultural fit objectives
  • Develop relationships with candidates to establish level interest, understand their skills and preferences, and evaluate if the candidate matches a client’s need
  • Manage candidates through the recruiting process, from establishing interest to onboarding
  • Effective use of the Applicant/Candidate Tracking System
  • Coordinate the TopLine Strategies team to ensure effective execution, and both candidate and client satisfaction

Minimum Professional Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field
  • Experience of software technology hiring requirements, practices and salary benchmarking
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
  • Exceptional organization skills with high attention to detail and a bent towards action
  • Analytical approach to be able to handle complex tasks
