Tim Fargo

Tim Fargo brings over 35+ years’ experience managing IT organizations that deliver large-scale project management, consulting, commercial application software development and software and system service. Fargo has led TopLine Strategies since 2003. He began his career at Burroughs/Unisys and during his ten year tenure he held posts including technical services, project management and branch management. He spent 14 years as CEO of Advanced Information Services (AIS) and its parent company. His focus on client business requirements, project management tools, systematic controls and quality resulted in 25-fold growth before being sold to a Fortune 500 company. Fargo then went to work for Pat Sullivan at Interact Commerce Corporation. He was responsible for all aspects of the CRM and Marketing Technology product at Interact Commerce including product development, sales, marketing, channel management, professional service and technical support.

Michael Grollman

Michael A. Grollman has over 25 years' experience in the technology industry, where he has lead a wide range of consulting engagements in more than half of the top 50 firms in North America. He is currently the Chief Technology Officer for TopLine Strategies (TLS) and leads the TLS Professional Services team. In his CTO capacity, Grollman oversees research into client technology recommendations and provides strategic business and technical guidance to the executive management team, the board of directors, as well as to our clients, with a focus on and MS CRM related technologies. He holds an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business.

Bill Jentarra

Bill Jentarra has more than 15 years’ experience with professional services and engineering/consulting organizations. Prior to joining TopLine Strategies, he was the Director of Professional Services and Training for Interact Commerce Corporations and Sage Software - CRM Division. He brings to TopLine extensive experience in CRM and sales productivity products and services. Jentarra is certified in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and a variety of BI solutions. Prior to serving with Sage Software, he held various management, consulting and engineering roles at McKesson Corporation, Elkay Manufacturing Company, ConocoPhillips, Schlumberger Limited, Equitable Resources and Nabors Industries. Jentarra holds an MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Montana.

Wendy Austin

Wendy Austin has over 25 years’ experience in the software/technology industry implementing enterprise-wide solutions for clients in the medical, compliance and insurance industries. At TopLine Strategies, she is a Project Manager/Consultant specializing in large-scale projects that have complex and detailed requirements. She is committed to collaborating with clients and colleagues to provide high-quality solutions efficiently and within tight timelines. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics from Boston College.

Greg Head (Advisory)

Greg Head has been helping software companies grow from startup to global scale in his 25 years in the software industry. Most recently, he helped Infusionsoft grow from $15-$100 million in revenues in five years as Chief Marketing Officer, leading the company's marketing strategy, demand generation, communications, partner marketing and product marketing functions. He currently advises CEOs and founders of growing technology and services companies.

His passion for helping emerging technology companies grow into global brands is supported by his track of record of success in creating winning products, brands and businesses. Head has held leadership positions at the startup through acquisition stages of two other highly-successful CRM software businesses, including ACT! and SalesLogix, which have generated more than $1 billion in total revenue.

Bob O'Malley (Advisory)

Robert G. (Bob) O'Malley has over 35 years of experience in the information technology industry. In his career, O’Malley has lead manufacturers, developers, distributors and integrators as CEO, General Manager and in other senior executive positions. 

O'Malley started his technology industry career with IBM as a sales representative advancing to executive positions in sales management, financial management and product management. He also served as CEO of Immersion, Pinacor and SED, and as President of Intermec Technologies and MicroAge, where he led the worldwide sales, finance and logistics teams.

James Domaz (Assistant Secretary)

James Domaz has more than 15 years’ experience as a senior executive and chief legal officer in the information technology, real estate, and sports and entertainment industries. Prior to joining TopLine Strategies he was Senior Vice President and Corporate Counsel for MicroAge, Inc., a Fortune 500 Company with operations in North and South America, Europe and Asia.
