New Updates to Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement

October is not just about pumpkins, fall foliage, and cooler temps anymore. October 2018 also means the exciting introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement.  The latest release offers new and updated capabilities for information access, and an enhanced, device consistent user experience to advance user productivity.

The Unified Interface, the new metadata-driven client interface provides a consistent experience on any device, browser, tablet, or mobile. This includes:

  • Similar experience for updating and viewing records
  • Interactive dashboards on all devices
  • Availability in all entities and devices for viewing the Reference Panel through the United Interface
  • Support for right-to-left (RTL) languages
  • Improvements in accessibility on the Unified Interface on all devices
