Gartner conduct a research report and placed Microsoft among the CRM software leaders for customer service contact centers.  Brad Wilson, General Manager of Microsoft Dynamics CRM stated, "Microsoft Dynamics CRM, through its familiar, intelligent and connected experiences, gives customer service professionals a complete view of their clients, along with insightful and actionable guidance enabling them to deliver the best possible customer service.” Microsoft has been able to leverage their presence among customer service professionals through the new version of their Customer Care Accelerator available with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. To read the full Gartner Magic Quadrant report, CLICK HERE.
